Return Policy

Return Policy – Saiyo Fox DIY Craft House Kits

At Saiyo Fox, we take great care in packaging and shipping our DIY Craft House Kits. Due to the nature of these handmade/craft kits, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. We will accept damaged shipments within 30 days of delivery; details below.

Eligible Claims – Damaged Shipments Only

If your package arrives damaged (e.g., crushed box, torn packaging, visible shipping damage), follow these steps to submit a claim:

  1. Do not open or discard the damaged packaging until your claim is resolved.
  2. Take clear photos of:
    • The exterior of the shipping box (showing all damaged areas and shipping labels)
    • Any visible damage to the kit contents (if already opened)
  3. Submit your claim by emailing contact@saiyofox.com within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
  4. Include the following in your email:
    • Order number
    • Full name and shipping address
    • Photos of the damage (as described above)
    • Brief description of the issue

Damage claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Regular Refund

No refunds, replacements, or store credit will be issued after the 7-day window has passed, unless the package was delivered damaged.

Refund & Replacement Process

  • If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement kit (at no additional cost) or a refund (excluding original shipping fees).
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs if a refund is issued. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned/damaged item (if applicable).
  • Replacement kits are shipped only after the damaged item is confirmed.

Non-eligible situations

The following are not covered under our return policy:

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling by the customer)
  • Missing or damaged parts due to customer error during unpacking or assembly
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Customize Items Refund Policy

No refunds on customized items unless the item arrived damaged. The claim must be submitted to contact@saiyofox.com within 7 days of the delivery date. If accepted, a new replacement will be sent out. In some cases, customers will be responsible for shipping the damaged item back before getting the replacement.
